Can us women who are more bicyclists still post?:) Not a true Biker Chic, but love to ride my bike that goes much slower, yet feel some of the same benefits of freedom, confidence and pure enjoyment of being outdoors that you do while on your motorcycle!! Although I may run out of gas much earlier than you do…
My husband just sent me your link. I have been riding my own for 4 years. My husband was the best teacher. We have ridden over 15,000 miles on big road trips on his bike. I finally decided I wanted my own. Best thing I ever did. I have a 2009 Harley Sportster XL low ride, 1200 cc engine. Fits me perfectly.
Love your writings, don’t ever stop. You are truly an inspiration to all women riders. An old friend of mine rode the Freedom Ride with you this year. Her name was Robbie Murchison, we went to high school together and are in touch a lot.
Really enjoyed your sharing of your riding experiences, such an awesome woman you are…I’m very inspired how you put it into words…love reading this kind of thing, and yes I do ride as well!
Thank you, Sue. I’m so happy to inspire you and others to ride. My discovery of the joys of riding has changed my life for the better. I want to share that with all women. There’s probably 200 pages here, so explore away. Hope to meet you some day. Ride safe, Wind Sister.
